Most gutter cleaners won't give you a price until they've seen the house. Mine are fixed and published here: pick your type of house, add guard if you have it, and that's the price.

The price you see is the price you pay. Downpipes flushed, valleys cleared, mess taken away and a photo report — all included.

Gum-tree properties need their gutters done more than once a year. On the plan I book you in each spring before the Fire Danger Period and again in May after the leaves drop. No contract, nothing up front — you pay after each clean.

Is there a call-out fee?
No. The price for your type of house is the whole price, anywhere in the service area.
What if a downpipe is blocked?
Most clear when they're flushed, which is included. If one is packed solid and needs a jetter, it's $90 — and only after you say yes.
What isn't included?
Repairs. Fixing or replacing gutters and downpipes is licensed plumbing work in Victoria, so if I find a problem I'll photograph it and tell you. I also don't install gutter guard at the moment.
Do you charge GST?
No GST is charged — I'm not registered for GST. The price shown is the total.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as I can get to the side of the house. Tell me about locked gates, dogs or solar panels when you book.
What about bad weather or fire danger days?
I don't work on roofs in rain, high wind, or on Extreme and Catastrophic fire danger days. If the weather turns, I'll move you to the next good day.
